We collect, process and disseminate knowledge to teachers and students through digitalized teaching material.
The purpose of our learning platform Learn About Waste is to disseminate teaching and learning for teachers who – within their cultural context as well as didactic and educational angle – enable them to disseminate relevant information on waste and waste management to the students they already teach.
At Learn About Waste teachers can have an individual teaching course prepared - targeted at their students, find links to professional knowledge and ideas for activities on waste.
Are you a student and planning to read a semester abroad? Are you facing a sabbatical or have you graduated and planning to see the world?
In the World’s Waste International Student Network, you become part of our team, who during their travels, visit schools and introduces students to the importance of proper waste management.
Your field of study is not central, the most important thing is that you feel like volunteering to help make a difference by inspire and elevate students' knowledge of waste in other countries.The duration of the course may vary and depends on your travel plans.
We have the teaching material and our dedicated team may be able to help facilitate contact with schools in the area's you want to travel to.You will be thoroughly introduced to the process before your departure.
